ColorFlare - Infinite Puzzle (developed by imakt07 / Ankit Kumar Tiwari, "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you play our game ColorFlare - Infinite Puzzle, available on Google Play Store (Package: com.colorflow.zen.puzzle).

1. Information We Collect

Personal Data: We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information like your name or phone number to play the game. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google display name and email address solely for authentication and progress synchronization purposes.

Game Progress: We store your level progress, stars earned, hints used, and achievements locally on your device and, if you are signed in, synced to our cloud service (Google Firebase) to provide a global ranking experience and progress backup.

Leaderboard Data: If you choose to set a username for the Leaderboard, that display name will be publicly visible to other players on the global leaderboard.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase Authentication: For user sign-in and account management. Firebase Privacy Policy

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information only to:

• Maintain your game progress and scores.
• Display your username on the global leaderboard.
• Synchronize your game progress across devices when signed in.
• Improve game performance and fix bugs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only used within the ColorFlare - Infinite Puzzle application for the purposes described above. Data stored in Firebase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and secure cloud storage through Google Firebase. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your game progress data is retained as long as you have the app installed and maintain an active account. You can request deletion of your data at any time:

• Local data: Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.
• Cloud data: To delete all cloud-stored data (game progress, leaderboard entries, and account information), please submit a request using our Data Deletion Request Form.
• Email: Alternatively, you can email us at ankitkumartiwari690@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete all your data from our servers within 30 days. This includes your Firebase authentication record, game progress, leaderboard entries, and any associated display names.

7. Children's Privacy

ColorFlare - Infinite Puzzle is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have accidentally collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
